Tarva-ERP for OPē
A manufacturing ERP designed in Figma and taken through a 52-page prototype.
What it is
A custom Tarva-ERP implementation for OPē's manufacturing and warehouse operations — Product/BOM master, Inventory & warehouse, Procurement, Assembly and System admin — designed end to end in Figma and built as a working Next.js prototype on mock data.
The problem
Product data, bills of materials, engineering changes, stock, purchasing and assembly lived in spreadsheets and disconnected tools. OPē needed one operating system for the plant, and needed to see and use it before committing to backend integration.
What we solved
Information architecture through to a clickable, dark-themed prototype the team could walk module by module: SKU catalog and BOM workspace with revisions and where-used, an ECO tracker, location manager and cycle counts, PO workflow and procurement rules, a scan station for assembly, and a full admin surface — the reference build for the integration phase.
My role
I personally did the information architecture, UX/UI, art direction and the front-end development of the prototype.
