Discovery with evidence, gates, and a human at the end.
Part of Tarva Convergence and a product in its own right: a governed council of AI specialists that maps the stakeholder universe, generates interview personas, runs waves of simulated stakeholder interviews, and hands off a human-reviewed discovery pack.
Discovery is where projects go wrong quietly. Real stakeholder time is scarce, interview notes are inconsistent, synthesis depends on who was in the room, and nobody can inspect the reasoning later.
A nine-phase, 32-node discovery graph with quality gates and human review points: personas are evidence-linked, every finding traces to an interview, syntheses are validated and second-opinioned, and a coverage gate scores the pack against six dimensions before handoff.
I made Discovery Council an operational part of the delivery system and led its product shape, information architecture, UX/UI, brand expression, and client-facing screens.
