Tarva Convergence
Seven repositories, 21 shared packages, one platform.
What it is
The umbrella monorepo that unifies seven product repositories through 21 shared packages — auth, LLM access, governance, observability, billing, testing, shared interface patterns — under a strict three-layer architecture.
The problem
Earlier integration attempts died of duplicate React contexts, mismatched client types, and Zod split-brain — the bugs that appear when seven fast-moving repos each pin their own frameworks.
What we solved
Workspaces with a force-pinned overrides block and Turborepo pipelines so exactly one copy of each framework-critical dependency exists; 21 shared packages; a 15-schema Supabase platform; and one delivery pipeline the whole system now runs on daily.
My role
I led architecture, unification, governance, delivery, information architecture, UX/UI, brand, design, and development of the converged workspace.
