Tarva Project Room

What it is
The runtime where Tarva's agents work on real projects: a workflow engine with human gates, a ten-stage quality pipeline, run manifests with timing, tokens, cost and provenance, a truth registry, and an approval inbox.
The problem
Agent output without governance is unreviewable: nobody can say what evidence a conclusion rests on, who approved it, what it cost, or how to reproduce it.
What we solved
Evidence, governance, project status, costs, approvals, and human decision records in one operational interface. Discovery Council and BXD run inside it; it is the Trust layer of Convergence and the client-facing front desk.
My role
I architected and led AI-assisted development; led information architecture, UX/UI, brand, and design.
