BXD is the brand-reasoning stage of the Tarva and Serras pipeline. It turns discovery evidence into a positioning thesis, voice manifest, color, type, iconography and photography systems, applied surfaces, and a client presentation.
Brand decisions usually arrive as taste — defensible only by the person who made them. When AI generates design at volume, outputs look plausible and nobody can say why one is right.
